Text of Complaint by Ranjeet:

LNB (part) of the dish went faulty on the month of May. I logged a work order with TataSky and got it replaced. The new part was under warranty for 1 year.

Again in the month of July the same part went faulty and a new work order was created by TataSky to replace the same. As it was under warranty for 1 year so I shouldn’t have charged.. But TataSky charged me rs 150 for the same.
