Hi Airtel team,
I was using an Airtel broadband connection with number 01244561141 till march 2019 and got this connection deactivated that after paying all outstanding charges.
However, my credit card started receiving auto bill pay request again in October against this connection. The payment of Rs 627 happened on 20th Oct and Rs352 happened on 19th Nov (attached is the screenshot). One more bill of 927 is due for December.
Also, these payments happened even I have deleted the Airtel from my card biller account.
On contacting with Bank, got confirmation that bill amount has been received by Airtel hence I need to contact them. Airtel customer support confirms that no bill has been generated since March 2019.
Please look into this matter and revert the deducted amount ASAP.
