I recently discovered that two unauthorized autopay transactions were debited from my State Bank of India (SBI) account via Google Pay UPI Autopay to NOV DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED without my knowledge or consent.

Total Unauthorized Debit: ₹298
I did not authorize these autopay transactions, nor did I receive any prior notice regarding these deductions. I request an immediate refund of ₹298 and an investigation into how these charges occurred.
Additionally, I request the cancellation of any unauthorized autopay mandates linked to my account to prevent further deductions.
I kindly ask for a prompt resolution and guidance on the necessary steps to reclaim my funds. Please inform me of any additional details or documents required to process the refund.
