On 3rd Dec, 2018 I recharged my prepaid mobile 7411183598 with the unlimited pack of Rs. 149 valid for 28 days from “My Airtel” app. According to this recharge terms and conditions, there should not be any extra charges for all India calls. But today I was charged Rs. 28.80 for calling to customer services team of one bank.
Let me clarify while doing recharge, no where it’s written that I will be charged extra money for calling any customer services/support but when I inquired with Airtel support team they told, i was charged for calling a customer care number.
This is a clear indication of looting of common man. So, I kindly request please return my Rs. 28.80 as soon as possibe else I have to look further.
