Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint amazon regarding an unauthorized debit of funds from my account Number – 0008010161918, amounting to Amount- 9950.0 INR on 05-11-2024. The transaction reference number is [payu/21478420167/0585272538/Bill Payment].
I ignored this message because I am not carrying out this transaction nor I received any amount deduction message through my credit card.
Once I got the message for due payment, I got to know this amount has been added to my bill.
Please help to get this payment reversed, or else this is something criminal activity being carried out with common people in name 538185 is your OTP for debit txn of amount 9950.0 INR towards Amazon.
To the best of my knowledge, I did not authorize this transaction, nor have I received any product or service corresponding to this charge. This incident has caused me inconvenience, and I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve the matter.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue promptly and provide the following:
1. A detailed explanation of the transaction.
