Nobroker reactivated a 3yr old advertisement for our rental property without authorization or permission causing embarrassment with an existing 3 term tenant with us and harassment as multiple prospective customers and an unknown person from NoBroker too started calling and messaging my aged mother on email, SMS, mobile number and landline probably using information given 3 years ago. They gave me repeated assurance that the ad wil be deactivated and someone from their management team will contact us but all I get is that someone will reach out to me in the next 24 hrs. Its been 3 days since the first such assurance.
