We represent my client, the rightful owner of the eFootball Mobile account, [ASLW-799-769-795]. Our client has retained our services to address the unauthorized access to and subsequent damage to their account.

On 05-December-2024, our client’s account was unlawfully accessed by +91 95624 70748, later identified as @𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻. As a result of your actions, our client has suffered significant financial loss and emotional distress.

Specifically, you have:

𝗨𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:Gained unauthorized access to our client’s account.

𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: Engaged in fraudulent activities that includes cyber fraud

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Blocked our client’s account on all platforms, preventing them from accessing their account and its contents.
Your actions constitute a clear violation of cybercrime laws

We demand that you immediately:

𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆: Return all stolen property, including in-game items and monetary value, to our client.

𝗨𝗻𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁: Unblock our client’s eFootball Mobile account on all platforms.

𝗖𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁: Cease and desist from any further unauthorized access or fraudulent activity related to our client’s account.

Failure to comply with these demands within time period of receipt of this notice may result in legal action, including but not limited to:

𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁: Filing a criminal complaint with the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Initiating civil litigation to recover damages and seek injunctive relief.
Other Legal Remedies: Pursuing other legal remedies available under applicable laws.

We have attached copies of relevant documents, including list of documents, e.g., screenshots, transaction records, communication logs to support our client’s claims.
