Hi Customer Care Team I yesterday ( 4th June ) I received 2 messages regarding activation of Re 1 store on my mobile number 9839238233.
Subsequently I also received a message that I have been charged 99 rupees for the same. Please note that I had never requested for this VAS and it has been added to ny account without my consent.
I have raised a request on 155223 requesting de-activation of the same and urge you to refund the 99 rupees that have been charged. This is highly unethical on your part to charge customers without their approval.
Please note that my number 9839238… is almost 10 years old ( from Hutch days) and I dont expect this treatment for such old and loyal customers.
request you to please investigate the same as early as possible else the same will be escalated to higher authorities
