I’m Arnab Chottopadhyay. My mother have account in SBI bank. On 24/01/2024 date Rs. 10000/- deducted from my SBI account and message showing in statement as FI Txn @ csp ”.
I don’t know why amount is deducted from my mother’s account. she also has no idea about the deduction , we have visited our branch but no solution is provided.So i am complaining on this issue.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
