On 25th Feb 2023, three orders worth 35000/- for 7 apple coupons for 5000/- each were purchased in the morning between 7 am to 7 : 30 am. The orders were non refundable and was done on Flipkart app through saved credit card. It did not even receive order confirmation email. I immediately removed the card from app and blocked it. I filed a police complaint on the same day as well. Both at cyber crime and police station. On 28th I received an email from Flipkart stating my order is cancelled. But they did not tell me till date how and when will I get my money back. This is clear case of orchestrated fraud by Flipkart. It’s been 20 days. No outcome.
