I have not done any transaction with Pasfar Technologies & I have not authorised any document with my signature for NACH auto debit. I was debited 5000 from my account on 23/12/2021 . While confirming with the bank it showed 60,000 is what I have authorised to Pasfar Technologies for an auto debit . As I cancelled it an ECS mandate got bounced today (24/12/2021) for the same amount (5000). It’s a scam for sure as there’s no reliable source to connect with the merchant site. How do I get a refund and keep my account safe ?
