I had purchased a Dura fit treadmill of Rs.34,999 and due to its quality I had returned it and the return took place on July 18th 2023. Contacted the team multiple times and informed them that the status of refund was not updated in the backend and they informed that the Inc has been created and backend team will update it. Without my concern they had deducted 3 installments from my account and raised couple of incidents in the refund and multiple followups on it and they confirmed I will be receiving the refund on 27th of November. Checked with my bank and they confirmed the refund was not done.
