Respected Sir,
I am writing to inform you of a fraudulent transaction that occurred on my credit card Yesterday. My credit card number is 4748-4688-2228-1000. I noticed an unauthorized charge of Rs 56,582.25 on my statement and I wanted to make you aware of it.
I am providing the details of the fraudulent transaction below:
-Transaction id
– Date : 11-01-2023 Time : 03:10:37pm
– ICICI HPCL Coral Credit Card
– Card Holder Name : Biju Majumdar
– Transaction Amount : Rs 56,582.25
– Suspect Number : 9668206153
I request you to please help me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I would also like to know what steps can be taken in order to avoid such occurrences in the future.
