On October 4th or 5th of 2020, I registered a complaint in Vodafone customer care about by balance deduction of 33 rupees. I did not authorise any caller tune activation l.but was activated automatically. When I initially complained, they said the refund will be made in a day or two. Today is 18th October and till now I did not receive my balance.when I called them today, they said the refund was done the same day and again caller tune balance was deducted automatically, so is the reason I did not get the money balance. Again they said this time, complaint cannot be registered and that there back end support team will check and refund if eligible.
