A payment of Rs. 89 has been debited from my kotak mahindra bank savings account without any otp verification on 04/12/2024.

Even I had the same issue, and I realized that I had Amazon Subscribe and Save activated for few products.
Go to https://www.amazon.in/gp/subscribe-and-save/manage/
See if you have anything active.
Basically, the amount will get deducted a week before your actual delivery date. For example, if your delivery date is on 10th, then the amount will get deducted few days before i.e. may be on 4th.
