Sir I bought hero glamor x tech bike two weeks ago from hero auto service lajpatnagar new delhi for which i paid rs 106900 from my card which was the onroad price of the bike but after that i was charged rs 1900 in the name of bank transaction charge. Is it company’s policy to charge bank transaction from customer. Kindly check the matter and try to inform me. Thank you
