My account got compromised, leading to an unauthorized IPHONE 14 purchase through Flipkart Pay Later. Shockingly, this unauthorized transaction has turned into a loan linked to my name. Despite having concrete evidence that I’m not responsible and even reporting the incident to the police, the issue remains unresolved. The constant barrage of calls from both Flipkart’s team and IDFC, threatening legal consequences if I don’t repay the loan for an iPhone I never even ordered, is beyond frustrating.
It’s disheartening that despite providing proof and seeking help from authorities, the problem persists. Something needs to change to protect innocent customers from such ordeals.
Please take immediate action and clear my name from this unjust burden.
