There was unauthorised money deductions from Novi digital entertainment private ltd without my authorisation from my back account on sep 2023 and dec 2023 in each transaction of 149 rupees. Today I got to know by deduction message I have received. It was an automated payment deduction selected without my knowledge upto sep 2033 . How can it go on without my knowledge. I tried to cancel it but even for cancellation it was recommend some money , why I need to pay for it even if it is without my permission and knowledge.
