Amazon has deducted $ 12.99 per month (September – November) without my authorisation in the name of membership subscription from my credit card detail saved in its website. Due to busy schedule I could not check my credit card statement every month. Howevere, in the month of December when I got such message in my mobile, i did check it and imidiately canceled the membership subscription through amazon website. It helped me to get refund of December-2018 subscription amount which was deducted on 3/12/2018.
I and my family, as a repeated customer request you to refund rest of 3 deductions (September’18 – November’18). So that, we can freely and fearlessly use amazon website for online order.
