Dear concern,
I have cleared all dues in zip wallet and requested to close all accounts associated with my mob no 99******01. In response mobiqwik blocked by login to their website but I am regularly getting monthly statement from mobiqwik.
However I am unable to login mobiqwik.
Also without my consent 30000 rs loan sanctioned through idfc first bank which is reflecting in my cibil report also.
For more detail please find attached screenshot and close all loan account and provide confirmation on mail. I am unable to contact customer care no as calls goes unanswered.
