From Feb 2023 when ever I check my credit score on onescore it showing that, I had loan in “TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED” Rs:-1500 that amount is not debited nor credited so I ignored, But today I got my cibil drop so it suggested to close unused loans after I searched for this company name in google got results of some apps in google but I’m sure I haven’t installed those apps till now nor I knew these apps there for loans my concern is without doing any kyc how I got that loan & I want to close that loan account. Now checking how other peoples also got loan from this even though they didn’t opened.
