I recently checked my Crif score and found a new loan account issued on me from ‘TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED’ of amount 12,000 INR.

I have no access to the mentioned amount or have applied for the same.
I had also submitted a grievance report to Cref rating Bureau for the same and got a response that it belongs to me as per phone KYC which I do not remember authorising.
