Subject :- Unauthorised Loan Account Reporting on My CIBIL Report

Dear Sir,

I am (Ashutosh Bharti) PAN NO. – AFAPB7599E writing to complain about an unauthorized loan appearing on my credit report. I have never taken a loan from Canara bank of amount 986, and yet my CIBIL report shows that I taken a loan of Rs. 786 to this bank under saving bank account number 88902010039830 whose current balance is Rs. 0.00 and amount overdue is Rs. – 924 on Cibil generated on 17.06.2025

I have been diligent in ensuring that my credit history is clean and accurate. This unauthorized entry on my credit report has the potential to negatively impact my creditworthiness and financial standing. I believe that this error is a result of negligent procedures followed by CIBIL, which has allowed fraudulent figures to appear on my credit report without proper authentication.

I request you to look into this matter and remove the unauthorized account from my credit report immediately. Additionally, I urge you to take action against Canara bank for falsely reporting a loan that I have never taken. Such fraudulent practices must be dealt with strictly to ensure that innocent individuals do not suffer the consequences of someone else’s misconduct which potentially impact my credit worthiness.

I have never applied for this loan but it’s loan showing in my cibil without any query from there side please remove this from my cibil.
