Sir,
It is most humbly submitted as follows
1. That I have downloaded a software application called “VERIFILE INDIA” and this is related to micro loan for personal needs.
2. Initially, I got an amount of Rs.1,650/- from AK cash and Rs.2,200/- from Rich cash on 19.7.2023. Then I got message to repay the loan amount of Rs.3,000/- towards repayment of Rs.1,650/- along with processing charges of Rs.,1350/-, and simultaneously I got another message to repay an amount of Rs.4,000/- towards repayment of loan amount Rs.2,200/- along with processing charges Rs.1,800/- .
3. While scrutinizing the processing charges, I observed that the processing charges seems very much high. Therefore, I did not like to proceed further and informed them to cancel the loan. But they refused to cancel the loan amount and threatened to send my photo with morphing to all my known contacts and they share my contact details to my whats app number on 21.7.2023.
4. Therefore, I really worried about it and I was decided to close the loan amount with processing charges. Then I repaid the amount of Rs.3,000/- on 21.7.2023 to sarathi Trading 9257277762@sbi and Rs.4,000/ on 24.7.2023 to Rajat Gupta, rajatgupta95@sbi .
5. Thereafter, I never requested Verifile India to sanction another loan. But the Verifile India voluntarily credited a loan amount of Rs.3,355/- on 24.7.2023 and Rs.3,300/- on 25.7.2023.
6. Then, I got a message from Verifile India on 29.7.2023 to repay the loan amount of Rs.6,100/- towards repayment of loan Rs.3,355/- along with processing charges Rs.2,745/-.
7. The processing charges fixed by the Verifile India is too much high, therefore, I strongly objected regarding prcessing charges and decided to close the loan and repaid the loan amount of Rs.6,100/- to Rajat Gupta, rajatgupta95@sbi today ( 29.7.2023).
8. After receipt of my loan amount, again, the Verifile India again without my consent and request, they credited an amount of Rs.4,455/- to my account and they have charged Rs.3,645/- towards processing charges.
9. The verifile India is keep on credit the loan amount without my request and consent and threating to repay the loan amount.
10. Due to this activities of Verifile India, I have lost my valuable earnings towards re-payment of processing charges.
11. Further, they are threatening if I do not repay the loan amount, they will send my photos with morphing to all my known contacts.
12. Therefore, I request your good office to take necessary action against VERIFILE INDIA
12.1 for charging high processing charges,
12.2 for credit of loan amount without my request and consent and
12.3 For threatening to share my photons with morphing to all my contact.
12.4 And pay compensation amount for my mental agony.
