Dear Sir,
I am (Shivangi gupta) writing to complain about an unauthorized loan appearing on my credit report. I have never taken a loan from Transactree Technologies Private Limited, and yet my CIBIL report shows that I taken a loan of Rs. 30000 to this company under account number 3529378U whose current balance is Rs. 56,108 and amount overdue is Rs. 49,518 on Cibil generated on 3rd March 2023.
I have been diligent in ensuring that my credit history is clean and accurate. This unauthorized entry on my credit report has the potential to negatively impact my creditworthiness and financial standing. I believe that this error is a result of negligent procedures followed by CIBIL, which has allowed fraudulent figures to appear on my credit report without proper authentication.
I request you to look into this matter and remove the unauthorized account from my credit report immediately. Additionally, I urge you to take action against Transactree Technologies Private Limited for falsely reporting a loan that I have never taken. Such fraudulent practices must be dealt with strictly to ensure that innocent individuals do not suffer the consequences of someone else’s misconduct which potentially impact my credit worthiness.
In My cibil report which i generated through Cibil website showing address of Madhya pradesh where i never visited in my entire life, year of birth is 09.04.1976 instead of 09.04.1975.
I have never applied for this loan but it’s loan showing in my cibil without any query from there side please remove this from my cibil.
