On 27/4/20 at around 2015 Hrs I got repeated msg on my mobile of 14 transaction on my Axis bank debit card by Google*youtube and Google8proximabeta till I blocked my card by calling customer care and lodged acomplaint.Out of these txns there were 03 small txns of Rs 1,Rs 1 Rs 89.73 and their reverse. Remaining 08 are debit of Rs 1000,Rs1999,Rs1000, Rs 8673.98,Rs1000, Rs432.66, RS432.66 Rs432.66.Total amount debited was Rs 14970.96.
I further say that I have neither received any OTP nor purchased any services from Google
Submitted an online complaint with google for unauthorised charges same day.On 28/4/20 lodged complaint with Cyber Cell Cuttack,written complain to Axis bank Cuttack (Badambadi Branch).On 30/4/20 my a/c was credited by Rs 1000,Rs 1000,Rs 1999, Rs1000 (Txns done by Google*YOUTube).After getting a copy from Cyber Cell went to bank and filled up CDF for remaing Rs 9971.
After12 days Google sent a mail for my claim and a refund of Rs 1999 was shown. for all other txns it showed refund Rs0 and completed the claim.I repeated the claim 06 times till now ,but every-time Google says that we could not confirm a fraud.
bank also sent two msgs that my to complaints are resolved without crediting money back.
