Title of Purchase: Debited for policy purchase
Issue 1: I have not order this. Mobikwik have auto debited this amount in the name of policy purchase. When I launched complaint via app. They say amount is not refundable. 1st thing, I have not purchased this, why Mobikwik debited from UPI. 2nd, Mobikwik should refund the amount.
Issue 2: As I found Mobikwik a very bad service. I am writen mail to support@mobikwik.com to terminate the above account. They are not taking request.
