Rednapkin debited me without my consent. I have 5 expired debit orders and 1 active debit order on my bank account. I phoned them a couple of times asking for the cancellation of the debit order via email. Everytime I am being told it is cancelled and that they did send me an email that I need to give to my banks fraud department. Up until now I have not received an email. This is my 2nd complaint I am lodging on this site also.
