I received a call regarding a loan. I did not finalise the loan and told the lady I do not want the R150 rednapkin they wanted to charge me for. I received a sms for debicheck authorisation which I declined over 5 times but the company went ahead and approved the debit order without my consent. I then phoned them and said my bank want a cancelation email from them. They said they are sending it now. I then asked the lady to check of the debit order was cancelled. She said yes. 8 hours later it still shows on my bank account and I still have not received my cancellation email from them.

They debit my account and I don’t have an agreement with them. They stealing from me every month

Rednap is a rip off I’m so over it this is the 2nd month money going off from my account .they called me in connection with a cellphone contract ,I just want my money back and this things cancelled

I have been having a debit order go off for the pass 3months…they contacted me regarding a contract but I have received no cellphone….I can’t even dispute the d/o .I want a refund and I want this d/o canceled. Can’t even get in contact with them I have been emailing and tried calling

THIS IS A SCAM HOW CAN YOU ATHOURISE A DEBIT ODER WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION THIS IS FUCKIN BULLSHIT AND YET WE DONT KNOW WHO AND HOW TO CONTACT,WHERE DIDI YOU GET A RIGHT TO GO THROUGH
They make a debit order on my bank account without my permission they phone me regarding a cell phone contract this is fraud I gonna take further steps and contact the ombudsman
