I was called by this One World Telecoms pty ltd about an contracts phone and it happens I was all a lie.. R97 with be deducted from my account

I hade received the call from mi handyman and offered me the contract phone they promised me that they will deliver the item in 10 days they did not deliver the item after that I confirm the debit order without the item they took my R97 please help me to cancel the debt order
Icant get hold of this people they keep deducting 97 on my account
