Bestintern debit 159 on my account but i don’t remember signing any contract with it

Bestintern take R173 from my account and it’s now the second month they do this .I’m very unhappy because I don’t have internet access in my house,Why they took money from me
They are taking money from me and I never ever has used them, do not even know about them. I have been using my present internet service for years already
