Dialaguard have called me on the 14 December 2022 that I qualify for a cell phone contract of R479 per month. I gave them my personal details and they told me that there is an additional benefit of R97 which is already included in the R479, so ill be paying only R479 monthly after I’ve received the phone. To my surprise when I check my banking app, they made a debit notice of R97 on the 25 of every month, no mention of R479 for cellphone contract. They are using cellphone contracts to defraud people. I want them never to deduct any money from my account I don’t need their security service.
