Hi Govt,
I have changed my bill plan on 25aug through over the call with Airtel customer care by calling 121, agent she have changed the plan and inform me that as you will get the Amazon prime and hotstar and much more banifits and she activated the hotstar without any confirmation after 30 mint I got a meg that you have been changed for 899rup which is I never approved,
There after I raised the request to remove it and sahil which is assisting from Twitter he committed that we will waive off after bill generation but now they are not responding and I have to pay extra 899rs with monthly charges 599+tax this is the harshment from Airtel going now.
They are making customer fool and help to get this resolve
