Sir, I had subscribed for disney hotstar for 3 months only, on 20.6.2024 by paying ₹299/-
I do not require any further extension of subscription.
Yesterday on 21.9.2024 at 09.37 pm, autopay recovery for extension of subscription for another 3 months has been made for which I have not made any authorisation.
Was it a deceived default setting in the system that the customer cannot see? Please advise.
Now, I request the money be refunded back to me since I do not wish to extend my subscription.
Please show that you really value customer by this act
