1. This is Venkata Rao Pilaka. I am a AIRTEL post paid subscriber and I am on 1499 plan.
Primary account is : 011101976482_dsl, one airtel plan ID : 10101011278120
2. I have given many complaints / service requests no 31-3554744313808 SINCE 31 JANUARY 2021 but no action has been taken till now and I am unable to make / receive calls at my home which is in the first floor .
3. Due to this, I am missing to receive many official and personal calls / calls getting dropped and also unable to make calls. As a last measure, writing this with a hope for resolution.
