Hello Sir,
I registered the complaint with Jio Care on 24th April 2025. Jio care informed that this requires engineer to be available on Site to fix this. Engineer visit was arranged on 25th April 2025, but no one visited on site. Again, called to Jio care, they informed their apologies and rescheduled a visit again on Saturday 26th April 2025, and engineer visit didn’t happen. Called again Jio care on Sunday, 27th April 2025, but Jio care informed that engineer visit will be arranged immediately even on Sunday, as Sunday is a working day again it didnt happend. Then i rescheduled the enginner slot to Monday to atleast make sure that it will happen on Monday. It was never attended. Called again the Jio care and they confirmed that issue will be resolved on the same day. Same happened on Tuesday, but for the surprise compliant was cancelled. I called to Jio care, where the call was terminated abruptly at least 2 times, before i called them and asked them not to terminate the call and asked how they cancelled the complaint without providing the resolution. Jio card didn’t provided proper justification, but asked me to open a new complaint, as this complaint is cancelled and nothing can be done about this complaint. Till now, my problem is not resolved.
