I’ve made a complaint on 09-07-2022 @ 3 PM with Airtel complaint no 10060675837
An airtel executive visited my place and told its a wiring issue which can be done in morning I said ok fine and he gave me an appointment for next day @ 9 AM but as usual they are very smart they are least bothered about those complaints or customer I would have contacted their customer care more than 50 times call centers / nodal officers / appellate authority. Just only one answer “we are escalating this issue in a priority manner and will get back to you in 15 mins”
I really appreciate the top level management as they have chosen wonderful team of no sense teams
