it’s driving me crazy what’s happening every time i have deposited a lot of money and sometimes i get the error which makes me lose hope on the app
I have deposited 2 times with EPayment ” Etisalat Cash / Vodafone ” 50EGP , x2 Times
One at 22 Jan and another one today
I never received my credit on my account
The money was withdrawn from my balance, Refund me please as it’s not the first time this has happened and I have never gotten a refund even though I complained about the problem 3 days ago.
I am giving hope to this for the rest of the day, if i don’t get an reply and my credit back i’ll give up on the app forever and i’ll just warn everyone about how unprofessional / unfair gameplay/app/paymentsystem i know, i’ll just post on all my social media with proofs about the unfairness system you have!
