This is no the first time or second time, or third time this is happening. Infact, it occurs very often.
I buy a plan of 1GB for one full week and Haven’t used up to 200mb and then it’s finished only to call The custom care line and they tell me to me to call a bit later because the application or search engines are undergoing an an update or whatever. So I call the following day only to be told that my data has been exhausted but on what??!!!
They tell me nothing only saying that my data has been used up, and that is it. How is it that the error that occurred to the system is my fault, they didn’t even try to break it down to me. The customer car line agent themselves have no give accountable information in how it has been used.
And there is no refund.
