I’m VERY unhappy about the way my package was delivered. I have cameras and the package was actually thrown onto my porch. I cameras show the full delivery, this is absolutely unacceptable. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I would never allow an employee to treat a customer or their property this way. I’m very thankful the product wasn’t damaged but infuriated by watching this on my cameras after the fact. I have attached a snapshot of the video since it wouldn’t let me send the video; as you can see him in mid throw onto the porch. I will gladly send the whole video. I’ll be waiting to hear back or actions taken or I will continue until actions are taken.
