Samsung India’s AC division failed to deliver an extended warranty certificate despite receiving a ₹21,000 payment on May 21, 2024[ In the name of service center ] .Till date and numerous reminders, the//14/3/2025 certificate remains undelivered, Till of the amount stays Undelivered, the Online Validation of the Extension is still pending . This demonstrates severe incompetence and breach of service, warranting official complaint to consumer court for immediate resolution
