There was was random meter change 2 months back for which nothing was informed nor any receipt or anything was give and since then we are getting huge bills which is not at all logical.
Before meter change we used to get bills around 800-1500 but after the meter change we suddenly got a bill of 4500 in 1st month and now in 2nd month its 11000.
This is not at all logical and acceptable, the society bill is even lesser than the individual bill. There is even no help from torrent customer service no one is ready to even come and get this checked.
This is nothing but a fraud and nonsense going on.
Please help me out here
