I am writing to demand a full refund for the tickets purchased for the 11:10 PM show on the night of December 14th/15th
The service and safety provided during this screening were completely unacceptable and resulted in a severely distressing experience.
Details of the Incident:
A large group of patrons (8-10 individuals, appearing intoxicated) were creating significant and continuous chaos, including excessive shouting, whistling, passing lewd and threatening remarks, and generally disturbing all other guests.
My companion and I were forced to report the incident to the manager due to the level of disturbance and offensive behavior.
The situation escalated to the point where the police were required to intervene and remove the disruptive patrons from the theatre.
As the complainant, I was unfortunately singled out and targeted with threats by the disruptive group, both before and during the police intervention.
This emergency situation, which required my direct interaction with the police while the movie was screening, caused us to miss a significant portion (approximately half) of the film.
Furthermore, given that this was a late-night show (ending at approximately 4:00 AM) and we were a small party (brother and sister) targeted by a large, aggressive group, I was left feeling extremely vulnerable and unsafe both inside and immediately outside your premises.
