I have taken unacademy subscription since 17th November
Reasons why i want refund
1. Ur concern team doesn’t informed about zero refund policy before subscription even atleast terms and conditions
2. Black board problem
3. When i want call support your team is lagging my time

9.per day three hours classes are not enough
10.vetantu ,amazon, bujis are far better than unacademy in terms of everything
I have my concern personal problems too for refund request
I even complainted to online consumer care even then your as not replying properly
Always saying your policy statements
U may laugh while reading this message
But i am in deep and huge pain from last 20days for hoping refund
I didn’t used subscription also fulfilly
I am getting weak each and every day mentally and physically
Due to your policies
Finally i want refund i am really to do anything for getting my money back
Please don’t send or type zero policy statements
Consumer court itself says “if the consumer is unsatisfied with purchase he or she has right to get refund totally”
From starting first hour of my subscription i am asking my own money
