Sir..
My self Parth Rawat. I was unacademy offline centre learner. Sir I have taken admission in offline centre on 01 May 2023 while taking admission I am not aware about my result of 12th class. After entering in classroom, I got to know my 12th class result as on 25th May which is not good enough to appear in jee exam so I contacted unacademy team member Ram Kumar Dhabar in Indore branch. He told me that I will get 75% of refund after my cancellation of course.. So I also gave the application regarding refund to him. Yesterday night He told me that I’ll not get refund, refund policies are changed now. Sir please help me.. According to unacademy offline centre subscription refund policy I will get refunded because I take admission in 01 MAY 2023 batch iitjee conquer I Batch no. ICR11M and give the refund application on 27th May and also I’m applicable by the Indian constitutionally act consumer protection act. Please help me and provide me refund.

Now they are telling that you submitted fees in installment so you would net get fees refund. But there is no mention in their refund policy that anyone pay fees in installment then he would not get fees refund.
