I purchased an Ikonic subscription from Unacademy and the consultant Priya from their team advised that Notes /books would be provided during payment also it clearly showed on the app at the time of checkout that it was included but they deny the same to be delivered at my address.
I have paid 47800/- and now they are not responding to my class and emails, therefore, registering a complaint
