I have won around 8-9 lakhs in Parimatch in July 2022. When i requested to withdraw my money they blocked the withdrawal for verification of account. My withdrawal was blocked for more than 1 week. While opening account in Parimatch they verified my account in just 2 minutes but when i wanted to withdraw my money they blocked my withdrawl whcih forced me to play more games and loose money. I have mailed them several times and also texted there customer support in there website but they all replied please be patient. Finally because i was unable to withdraw my 8-9 lakh rupees it forced me to play more and loose all my money. As and when i lost all my money my withdrawal was Unblocked. This company is cheating lakhs of people by doing this. Further many time when we deposit money they freeze my fund and we are unable to use the same. since last 5 days i am continuing to follow up for unfreezing my deposit but they are not releasing the same. This company is fraud and cheating lakhs of Indians. kindly look into the matter.
