Text of Complaint by Shuaibu Dabo Shuaibu:

1xbet alleged that there was a chargeback claim from my bank against them for the N10,000 deposit I made on 02-01-2022 and therefore they deducted 10,000 from my money, leaving me with a balance of 92,576 in my betting account under locked (I can’t withdraw or place any bet with the balance money). They requested me to provide a a letter from my bank confirming chargeback claim against them is resolved which I provided.

For over 2 months now, they refused to credit my 10,000 and My balance money is still locked and I couldn’t withdraw or place any bet. The only reply I am getting from the security team is I should wait for response from specialist and there is no any response till date for about 2 months now. I can’t keep waiting them indefinitely because it doesn’t make any sense.
