Text of Complaint by Vivek:

I have written to SonyLiv multiple times since 31st Aug 2023 on their websites Contact Us section, also I have raised my query’s in their WhatsApp chat, however SonyLiv is not responding nor they are refunding the balance amount neither they are resolving this issue,
I have a proper paid susbscription of SonyLiv, all of a sudden SonyLiv have stopped Live Channels Service, I am no more able to watch any Live Channels on my TV, my purpose was to watch Live Channels for which I have paid in advance for 1 year’s subscription,
