My subscriber no is -1106399338,using Tatasky since last 8 years.But since last 15-20 days my tv screen display as -software is being updated,don’t switch off.For hours and hours same message ,then screen becomes blank.On my last complaint on 9 th August ,I was told that this type of problem was being faced by consumers and a technical man would visit your place on payment of Rs 150/ to update software.I am shocked to hear this,as Tata like company is charging Rs 150/ for software updation.This is totally unwarranted as,during Covid lockdown no one is allowed inside house ,especially a senior citizen.Please look into the matter to solve the problem.
